New Home Phase Inspections consist of three inspections and possibly some drop-in checkups. We will monitor the builder’s progress and inspect at these specific points to report observations that may not be best practices or up to local or building standards. Phase I – Pre-pour foundation, Phase II – Pre-Drywall/Siding, and Phase III – Final and full inspection.
