Do you inspect the appliances?

Yes. We operate built-in appliances such as dishwashers, disposers, ranges, cooktops, ovens, built-in microwaves, exhaust fans and garage door openers as described by the TREC standards. Refrigerators, washers and dryers are not part of the standard scope.
