Sewer Scope Inspection

See inside the drain line that a standard inspection cannot.

What’s Covered

Main sewer lines run under the slab and yard, where a standard inspection cannot see them; our TREC reports note that drain, waste and vent pipes are mostly not visible. Performed in-house by our own inspectors, a sewer scope sends a camera through an accessible cleanout to look for root intrusion, cracked or offset joints, bellies that hold water, blockages and deteriorated older materials such as cast iron.

Who It’s For

Buyers of older homes, homes with mature trees, homes with cast iron or other older drain materials, and anyone who has seen slow drains during a home inspection.
