What We Inspect

The TREC Standards of Practice list several optional systems. With every standard inspection we evaluate the landscape irrigation (sprinkler) system, running each zone from the controller and checking heads, valves and visible piping, and we include outbuildings and detached buildings, decks, docks, fencing and gates, driveways and patios. On request we also inspect swimming pools and spas, private wells and septic systems, and outdoor cooking equipment. See our decks, docks, fences and outbuildings FAQ.

Common North Texas Findings

Why It Matters

Optional systems are where many North Texas properties carry their character, and their upkeep costs. A sprinkler leak can affect the foundation, and a pool barrier is a safety item. We help you see the whole property, not just the house.
