What are “optional systems”?

TREC’s standards list optional systems such as lawn sprinklers, pools and spas, outbuildings, private water wells and on-site sewage (septic) systems. At Dragonfly, lawn sprinklers and outbuildings are included with every standard inspection, along with decks, docks, fences and flatwork. Pools and spas, wells and septic systems can be added when you book.
