What We Inspect

We locate the main water shut-off, check static water pressure, and run fixtures throughout the home to evaluate supply and drainage. We inspect visible supply and drain piping and traps, toilets, tubs and showers, the water heater with its temperature and pressure relief valve, discharge piping, venting and drain pan, and the gas distribution system, including bonding and sediment traps. Drain lines under the slab are not visible during a standard inspection; a sewer scope camera inspection is available for that.

Why It Matters

Small leaks become big repairs when they run inside walls or under floors, and water heater safety devices exist to prevent serious hazards. A careful plumbing evaluation helps you prioritize safety corrections and spot older materials that may need attention.
