What is a sewer scope inspection?

A sewer scope runs a camera through the main drain line to look for cracks, root intrusion, sags, separations and blockages. The TREC standards don’t require inspecting the interior of drain lines, so it’s a separate service that our inspectors perform in-house. It’s especially worthwhile for older homes and homes with mature trees.
