The thermal camera is a core tool on every full home inspection, included at no extra cost: we use it on ovens, HVAC equipment, insulation and leak detection, with a moisture meter to confirm suspected moisture. We walk most roofs and use a drone for hard-to-reach areas and larger properties. A Zip Level foundation elevation survey is available as an add-on.
