Pricing depends on the home’s size, age, location and any added services such as pool and spa, septic, sewer scope, WDI or a Zip Level survey. Request a quote online for accurate pricing on your property.
Payment is requested before the inspection. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, cash and check. When you pay by credit card, the card processing fee is passed through.

Yes. Pool and spa, septic, sewer scope, termite (WDI) and Zip Level foundation surveys are all performed in-house by our own team, so they can usually be completed on the same visit. Select them when you book or ask for a quote.
