Specialty Inspections
A wood-destroying insect inspection looks for evidence of termites and other wood-destroying insects and conducive conditions. In Texas it is regulated by the Texas Department of Agriculture’s structural pest control program and reported on its official WDI form. Our inspectors hold TDA licenses and perform WDI inspections in-house. Lenders sometimes require one.
