Every standard Dragonfly residential inspection is very thorough and includes:
Structure and exterior: foundation perimeter, grading and drainage, roof (walked or by drone), flashing, attic and insulation depth, brick, siding and weep holes.
Interior: accessible windows and doors operated, ceilings, walls and floors, stairways and fireplaces.
Electrical: panel, every accessible outlet tested including GFCI and AFCI, smoke alarms and CO alarms.
Heating and cooling: supply and return temperatures measured for every unit, equipment age, drain pans and condensate lines.
Plumbing: static water pressure, hot water temperature, fixtures, water heater and gas piping.
Appliances: full dishwasher cycle, disposal, range and oven verified with thermal imaging, exhaust fans, garage door opener safety.
Grounds: every sprinkler zone, driveways and patios, decks, docks, fences and outbuildings.
Tools and report: thermal camera throughout, drone, and typically 150 to 280 photos with short videos.
Pool and spa, septic, sewer scope, termite (WDI) and Zip Level surveys can be added.
